Family

The day started with a visit my dad’s memorial tree. Theo and my mum placed flowers under the tree. It was quite emotional. Dad would have been 83. Dad and Theo never met but he does share one of dad’s names.
There was light relief and laughter in the play area before enjoying light refreshment at Lanercost tea rooms. We also had ice-cream from the cottage next door.
I made a large chilli for dinner. Will and Toria joined us. It’s been lovely having them all round the table.
