Ciabatta

It’s been a bread day. Nigel is having his family around his tomorrow as it’s his birthday on Wednesday. I’ve made a ciabatta to take. My son requested a cheese and apple sourdough loaf so I was also working on that.

This evening I’ve volunteered at the theatre. It was a children’s production of Annie. It was excellent.
