BULLFINCHES

We went to Saltaire and Salt's Mill today and among all the other lovely and fascinating things we saw there was this pair of bullfinches in a tiny rowan tree in the car park next to our car. They seemed quite oblivious to us sitting next to them taking photos through the open car windows. We couldn't believe our luck. However, once we got back and I tried to upload the photos it seemed that the camera had died. I'm uploading this from home now and I've had to do it via a card reader as I cannot get the camera to switch on any more so it looks like a visit to the shop in Newcastle later in the week, once the storm has passed. I'll backblip a few other photos from "sisters' week" once I'm a bit more organised.
