the garden

i went to shoot flowers - and ended up - stalking a bird - a bird i thought - was a robin only - because in my own defense - due to my severe eye spasming - i couldn’t see very well - so it was just - a blur through the lens

then i did the upload - and was totally surprised - mumbling to myself that - i had no idea what - kind of bird this is - cute as it is - i’ve never seen it before - my second guess would’ve - been an american gold finch - but this is not that - so who knows - i’m simply thrilled i caught - a bird in the garden - usually they’re flitting - around so fast - i can’t keep up - so for this one to actually - settle for me was a joy - and definitely made it…
