Ouch!

Had to come off the five aside pitch early this evening as a damaged ankle took me down.

Think it will need a couple of weeks out before any further fast paced activity.

The remainder of the evening was given over to a drive and some conversation over a glass of something from this fancy bottle.

Been an interesting month has July....
