We had a day to spend with the Sydney grandchildren today. It was too inclement to venture out so we minded the twins while Helen and Omar went to a movie and lunch.
They were very good and enjoyed hearing several times the new books about Canada sent by Aunty Julia. They will be visiting later in the year so are learning all about bears, beavers, moose etc. Today was a bit of geography in "Carson Crosses Canada".
This afternoon Mr isbi and I saw a French movie, "Stolen Painting". It was typically enjoyable in a quirky sort of way.
Now it's a cosy night in with pizza and the remains of last night's bottle of wine.
