Relaxing

We had a quiet day today,  the highlight being a trip to the Sign of the Takahe for a coffee. I watched a lot of television to make sure I rested my shoulder as much as possible. I overdid it a little yesterday and it started to ache. 
We have a very busy ten days ahead so i apologize in advance for a lack of comments.
