It's Parakeet time!

At around teatime, or a little later in the height of Summer, the parakeets come to feed.  I have at times seen as many as eight or nine of them, some on the feeders, some waiting their turn.  Today I thought that there were only two...until I looked at my photos where I could just see the tail feathers of a third..  Love them or loath them, you can't deny that they make an entrance in your garden, both in appearance and in sound with their noisy squawking.
The photos in this collage were taken some 60+ feet away and through rather dirty glass!
