Evening highlights

We had such a chilled day. We all slept in. Elbows and I went to the supermarket (Morrisons incredibly) and I went off swimming whilst the other 3 watched the Arsenal game. They then joined me for a short while.

But the day was really about the evening. We went off early in search of tapas and found a fantastic place in a walled ‘courtyard’ where we all tried a bit of everything and it was scrumptious. We then wandered around and got a drink in a pub and enjoyed the lights and warmth, surely one of the great joys of summer holidays. I like watching the fish from the tables of these bars and restaurants that are mostly on the waters edge.
