We checked out of our hotel and after an immense amount of arsing about with Eurocar we finally left for Lagos an hour and a bit after we intended.

Straight into a massive jam. The temperature outside the car hit 49! Luckily we had decent aircon and a great F1 race on the radio.

We got to Lagos at about 4:30. The apartment is very cool ( although lacking a washing machine ) with a pool.

Out for a good dinner and now…

We are currently sitting in the hipster roof top bar with cocktails. Sadly it’s a little more chav than hipster.. I can’t imagine Anthony ‘Smile like a bunny’ Scott would be seen here..

I’d forgotten it was my 5500 blip day. Blimey how time flies. Thanks for everything.
