Prep

I was up early to be ready for Dave the Decorator. He came promptly at the time he said and moved the council stones all by himself! That means he can carry 66kg slabs. Yikes!

I have never seen a workman doing such impeccable prep. He worked steadily through the day, whilst I worked furiously on my work laptop. Eileen arrived around lunchtime. She will be down for a few days. Dave left the lodge looking like it had chickenpox. Eileen and I joined our neighbours in No. 2 for Quiz Night. Two weeks in a row, the questions were much easier tonight. Phew!

We came home well after the sun went down. I made a mental note that I have to organise some PIR lights asap. The best news of the day, though, was Revive coming back to me, saying they can schedule the bodywork on Friday. Woo hoo.
