Wound up in Wexford

Ottolenghi-ish

We've had a gentle day.  I did some sewing and some fluting.

W worked in his workshop, and then in the kitchen.

I found orzo on sale at Aldi a couple of weeks ago, and bought some.  W, researching recipes, came across one from Ottolenghi.  Our feeling about his recipes are that they tend to be overly complicated.  But we had most of the ingredients for this one - including plenty of home grown basil.  Though when W said that was what he was cooking, I thought we might not eat till next Sunday!  

With a few adjustments improvements to the original recipe, W produced a lovely, mildly chilli, seafood dish with feta.  Very tasty.  And quite quick to cook.  He might have to make it again!
