Campground

I was off with Arlo to Currie Woods this morning and at the start of that walk there's a field that the local Scout troup use for camping... we might see it being used a couple of days a year. This morning it was all setup with several tents and a climbing frame, but nobody was there. There was a sign for Gdynia and a flag, and on googling later, they are from Poland. I was remembering my days in the scouts and how I loved going off to camp, it was so much fun. The campground is just next to the woods, but the landowner has a planning application to build a few houses on the field and there's a lot of local opposition. I can't imagine living there, the field is surrounded by trees and doesn't get much direct sunlight. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen.
