Helenium

The Helenium El Dorado is going past its best but still nice and colourful. Despite the rain I have still had to give the garden a good soak and before anyone kicks off about hose pipe bans we collect water off the greenhouse roof and currently have about 34,000 gallons on stock.

Gave the bus a good clean inside after the runs to the tip. Snow foamed and scrubbed the trailer clean. Tidied the building and that has just about been my day.

Helen at the walk in centre this morning. A very long wait to be seen but a GP appointment here is almost impossible. I do wonder why this government is spending so much on advertising telling us just how great the NHS is surely that money would be better invested in the service. I am ashamed to say that Liverpool is hosting the Labour Party conference this year.
