3907. Cuban Mojo Pasta
I have been trying to do less today, I finished off cleaning the bedroom ( it should have been done yesterday when I did the rest of the house) then watched an episode of Once Upon a Time before starting lunch, Cuban Mojo Pasta. I’m trying to have at least one meat free meal a week plus oily fish twice a week too. We’ve cut out red meat completely but still have chicken and other fish too. I’m certainly never hungry! I love to cook and was using some Simply Cook kits but I’ve found the recipes a bit too high in fat so I’m no longer using them. I’m using a combination of Pinch of Nom and the Mediterranean Cook book I bought recently. I’ve lost about 4lbs over the past couple of weeks but need to keep it going!
