I was rather taken by surprise when I go the email telling me that I was coming up to another milestone and with today's iffy weather forecast, my options were a bit limited. I hope that everyone up north has been able to stay safe!

Godalming is not a town which readily lends itself to street photography and it certainly doesn't have a lot of graffiti, but I've always liked this subversive bit of street art. The bins are nearly always there as well, but they gave me somewhere to put the numbers.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the grungy effect of this, but I will try to do something more celebratory/pretty for my 5000. (That gives me 18 months to think about it! ;) )
