Tufted Duckling

Still sorting admin and had to go to post some documents. I decided to make a quick visit to Fishers Green for the first time since early June. I wasn't expecting to see ducklings. I love the chocolate tufted duck youngsters.

I spent a while trying to capture swallows swooping over Seventy Acres Lake. It was dull and drizzling. I plan to return and have another go when the weather is better.

It has been a bit breezy but fortunately Storm Floris is not affecting the south. To me Floris is those beautiful English fragrances. I used to buy them from John Lewis as gifts. Our late Queen wore Floris White Rose on her wedding day.
