The agony of
a finished book and one yet
started! Transitions??!

We’ve spent a lot of time talking about how Ben struggles with transitions.. but I do really struggle with the end of a book and bonding with a new one! It’s less dramatic, for sure.. but still!
Busy day! Woke at 5:45 and got ready to leave the lovely north Pennines, fought with the weather on the M6 and arrived home in time to take older teen to the gym and then to grab a sandwich before his opticians appointment. Home for a dog walk and some shopping before sitting down and finishing my book! Now I’m planning to go back to Kate Atkinson for the Jackson Brodie series which I picked up in a charity shop.. but it’s nerve wracking when it’s all unknown and ahead!! Must mean I don’t have any other Real Problems! Well.. not today anyway :-/
