Walked Tess at Port Carlisle after it stopped raining.  Lots of gusty wind around and looks like we missed the worst of the storm which has caused havoc in Scotland.  Work has started in the lane and one of the workmen insisted on carrying my three bags of groceries from where I had to park the car to my house which I thought was kind of him.  Otherwise I'd have had to make two journeys.  Shame the green bins weren't able to be emptied though :(
