Heatwave fades
Today was the last hot day for the foreseeable future. I enjoyed sitting in the garden and reading a book in the shade. Hubby is back in work and remote-worked in the upstairs. All the sudden, see who came over! Leevi has still one week left of his summer holiday, Ella continued her work today. Leevi and Emma spent siblings day and lastly they came to chill to our garden. We ate ice cream and played cards.
I went to yin yoga class in the evening after couple of weeks break. When drove back home, it started to rain.
Finland has been in the grip of a historic heatwave, with a weather station somewhere in the country recording a temperature of over 30 degrees Celsius for 22 straight days. The previous record was set in 1972, when the mercury climbed above 30 degrees on 13 consecutive days.
+28,2°C, mostly sunny, rain in the evening
