Parmesan crisp
This weekend is the 50th anniversary Trawler race at Folkestone harbour. C will be trying to defend his paddle board race title, whilst H will be one of those trying to take it off him.
I’ve decided to enter the fish pie competition so had a practice run today including topping the pie with Parmesan crisp lighthouse. Looked and tasted good, just have to hope I can recreate it on Friday.
