A celebration of an amazing life

This afternoon we went to one of the local Chinese restaurants.  The New Oriental hosted a gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Myra. She was a Hong Kong Chinese who moved to Dumfries in 1997 and became a central figure of the Chinese community of the region and supported all aspects of integration of the many nationalities living here.
It was a wonderful get together over some delicious food,  sharing memories linked to Myra.
