Love these monologues

My son and I often recite The Battle of Hastings together when appropriate.

A lovely heavy downpour of rain from about 5am until about 9.30am when we went for a walk and it had stopped. It became very windy around lunchtime and is still breezy but no more rain.
The wind has blown some of the russet apples off the tree, I went out to collect them tonight.

Hope those of you who live further north haven't had it too bad where you live Though I hear on the news some places have been badly hit. Keep safe

Had a bit of a rest after 2 days gardening, and it's shopping day again Tuesday
