Everyone's Doing It

I pulled in at the lake early in my journey to Ruth's this evening, joining others who had the same thought ... and the car behind me pulled in too.  The chap who got out said they'd seen me stopping and decided to do likewise!    I think you can see why.

They then stopped for a drink at the Tyn Y Cornell hotel bar but I was back on the road before their pints were pulled.   A lovely evening for a drive, one which was quite uncomplicated.

Earlier in the day I had done a few little jobs at home and packed for my  trip before an afternoon spell at pottery with Jamie and Clara who both had things they had made earlier this year waiting to be glazed.   Ninety minutes passed quickly in quiet concentration :-)    We'll finish things off at the weekend when we're next all in the same place - they have travels ahead this week too.
