Feeding frenzy

I’d seen a young woman walking to the park with a small sack, when I was heading away on my normal route she upended it on a patch of grass and the pigeons went crazy! They were densely packed together, heads down eating, bottoms and tail feathers up. I couldn’t get a good picture of that, but here they are, largely unbothered by anything around them but some departures as normalcy begins to return.
