The former police station, Salford
Not to be confused with the Old Police Station, Salford, which is where our office is, this building is also on Chapel Street, although built significantly later and currently not in use.
On the large wall facing the street, there are perhaps a couple of dozen large photographs, whose provenance I would love to know. They are generally 'arty', perhaps the legacy of a project at the university.
The photo in today's Blip is possibly my favourite, and I took this picture of it as I walked back from town, late this afternoon, having walked the Minx to her nail appointment and then carried on to the Apple Store.
And in the evening, I finally made a proper start on the third album, tentatively titled 'Ein Stich in der Zeit'. Perhaps I will write a bit about the concept behind it another time, but it was very gratifying to start dusting off my Ableton skills.
