Edinburgh

Woke to rain and some wind. It seems Storm Floris hadn’t hit us. The trains were cancelled so I booked the bus to Edinburgh. I left in plenty of time, and the journey was uneventful, we even got over the Forth Road bridge. 

Once in Edinburgh, I took a bus (this free senior bus pass is great) to Calum’ hotel, where I spent some time having a late lunch and drinks before heading off to the airport. 

Dust-storm wanting and 49 degrees forecast for my return to the UAE.
