Chinese Elm Bark

It’s truffle season here and while I resisted buying some (well, one small misshapen one) at Saturday’s farmers market, today’s truffle prawn wonton with chilli truffle oil was irresistible. We walked most of the way home from Ashfield through flat suburban streets. I added a walk later up and down the hills in Sydney Park - practice for a two-day bushwalk next month.
