Bookshelf

This is only part of one bookshelf as I can’t get far enough back to see the lower three shelves.  I have three units of book shelves in my office/dining room one in the  living room and another in the bedroom and corridor. That’s six in all. I have too many books and certainly need to get rid of dozens of them. Books and yarns have taken over my home. It’s a wonder that I  can still fit in.

I have so many interests: art, philosophy, poetry, photography, crochet, spiritual, health, essential oils among the main ones! I have books on all those subjects. I rarely keep novels unless I know I will want to reread them one day.  I do keep some classics both in English and in French, so that doubles the number of books.  

Taking this photograph has made me realise that I have far too many books, including several shelves of archives containing my favourite subjects. Big sigh!
