Notes: Woke early and laid there a bit before rolling out of bed 555a. Leisurely couple hours, got moving, fed the cats, etc and then 745a headed to the pickleball courts. Another fun day tho a bit less competitive overall here so far - played about 2 hrs and then headed to the nearby Sprouts and found some great things and stuff on sale. Back & shower, coffee and made 3 burgers (got 2 lbs of the fresh ground 100% grass-fed for $2.99 ea!) - ate 2 of them. Had a decent amount of work for Michelle D then, also Michelle called after returning from her beach trip to Rehoboth (Denise's) for her friend Neidy's bday - she called and we did some catch-up time. Did more work then till almost 430p. Decided to stop eating most days by 5p so put together a small arugula salad w/ toasted pumpkin seeds and pear - EVOO/balsamic dressing, also warmed up a bit more porridge w/ ground beef. Fed the cats after. Quiet evening, did Essentrics, went to bed early.
