Precious...

Ok, I know...it's 'just' a frog, but... This unbelievably small newly born Squirrel frog is no larger than the top of my little finger! I quickly took a couple of photos and then left it alone, not wanting to draw undo attention to it. At this stage a tiny amphibian is more prey than predator. It could easily become a snack for a hungry bird, serpent, anole or even another frog.
