Tiny Tuesday.

This tiny caterpillar is busy eating our nasturtium leaves. Actually there are quite a few.
It’s less than one centimetre long. Difficult to tell which is front and which is back.

 Still extremely windy but with warm sunshine.
The begonias on the windowsill got blown off last night but not too badly damaged.
Beans still standing…just.

Chair Yoga this morning. 38 of us. Maximum is 40.
Not quite as strenuous as we are used to, with some meditation to finish.
We all said we would just prefer the exercise and cut out the meditation, but of course different teaches have different methods.
However we have decided we will continue going for now.
