Amethyst Hotlips…

… A busy workday here, so a quick ‘garden’ blip is my offering today.

I touched the leaves as I chose which pair of flowers to snap and, as I did so, the blackcurrant fragrance puffed into the air as efficiently as if a little fairy stood behind it working an atomiser.

The leaves and flowers smell good enough to eat, which I believe they are, though I haven’t tried them (I keep meaning to).
