The Robber

I took a walk around The Savill Garden today in  search of something “in nature” for today’s Tiny Tuesday Challenge.  To my delight there were no end of insects of the furry buzzing or elegant red lady types (extra) enjoying the wonderful flower displays.  However, my blip just had to be this unusual fly I spotted on a hydrangea which I later identified as one of the robber or assassin flys.
