Mess

It was windier today than yesterday (forecast wrong again). We had some heavy showers in the morning and despite this I wanted a walk. I needed (well not needed exactly, more wanted) some bits from Morrisons so I thought I would combine the two. I put my waterproof jacket on - mostly for the hood as it was too blustery for a brolly. As luck would have it not a drop of rain fell on my walk.
Terry picked me up once I'd got the bits and telephoned him. I would have caught the bus but my bag was heavy and I had two large glass bottles. I noticed this van is still where it's been for weeks, maybe months, on the little car park at Morrisons. It's got at least one flat tyre, is covered in muck which is building and it's clearly been dumped. Trogs!
Terry had pegged out the washing before he picked me up and it dried quite quickly in the wind. 
Booked another holiday for next year!
Terry got his paperwork through the post re his appointments for the Royal Liverpool. I got a call from Chapelhouse where I bought my car - booked it in for its first service next month.
My daughter phoned me from Orlando. Surely she has better things to do!
