San Agustin

A long day of travelling today as we flew from Bogota to Neiva then an almost 7 hour drive to San Agustin.

At one of our coffee stops our driver buys some bocadillo con queso - local cheese wrapped around guava candy. The salty cheese is very soft and combats the sweetness of the jelly-like candy.

We finally reach San Agustin around 5.30pm. Our accommodation, Akawanka Lodge, is idyllic.
