Today we traveled to Beverley, East Yorkshire. and saw the amazing The North Bar which is the last remaining medieval gatehouse of Beverley and the only surviving brick town gate in England. It was built in 1409 at a cost of £96-00-11½d, requiring 125,000 bricks
