A ‘cancelled’ road sign. Practical use of a black bin bag but not the most attractive. There are two of these at a road junction.

So many questions ….. What happened to cause the sign to be become redundant.?Will a new sign take its place? Was this a spontaneous act? Do all sign installers always carry black bin bags with them?
