Shopping . . .

I earned my shopping stripes today - not that I knew I even wanted them - by wandering up one side and down the other of this street - rua de Santa Catarina.  It's regarded as Porto's famous shopping  street.  

Several restaurants boasted long queues.  The reasons escaped me but they'll be trending somewhere I guess.  The patrons were very well dressed and very patient.  

I continued walking and found a specialty coffee outlet with a large neon sign saying EAT REAL.  It appealed.  The fact that the sign was in English and I'm in Portugal did not escape me !
