Just a usual days harvest at this time of year. It'll be runner beans and courgettes tomorrow I expect. 

A quiet day. Some good news at work re my budget overspend and the possibility of a big new programme in the near ish future. Although as far as I know it's in the very early stages at the moment so may not yet happen.

No running tonight, I'm taking a few days off (that I can ill afford). I'll be back to it on Saturday.
