Strange view!

Back blip: one day I will catch up and blip the same day again! Yesterday I walked up and down the city centre numerous times as I had to go up to the library twice! My shift for the reading challenge was 12 - 3 then I had three hours to go home and get back again to help out at an event by The Scripted Play Readers. The work involves moving library shelving to create space and collecting chairs from around the library to accommodate the audience which numbered 46 and was a good amount of people!

I was also on drinks duties making teas or coffees during the interval which took longer than expected because of the number of people requiring drinks! The play was about the woman’s football team that was formed in the 1920’s. I did not know the story of women’s football which happened for a few short years before the FA closed their fields and pitches to the women and said that they couldn’t play football and that is might affect their morals and their ability to bear children!!

I had a couple of friends who were taking part and both of them di a really good job. Back to the blip! The council are spending thousands of pounds creating a walkway through the city and then they take a whole chunk of it to sell cars! Insanity!
