Strike a Light ( house ).

Another misty morning so we walked to the Lagos Lighthouse (Farol da Ponta da Piedade) which is a very clearly marked tourist path, mainly on a boardwalk.

There are lots of offshoots to coves and beaches, some very spectacular spots ( see extras ). It’s a very impressive land/seascape here, like the north side of Cornwall with a lot more sun!

We walked back via town for an ice cream and then spent the rest of the day by the pool reading. I’ve nearly finished the trashy trilogy on Templar treasure…

Currently sitting in the coolest burger joint in the Algarve…. We’ll go local again tomorrow.
