Windy at Warebeth (Day 3744)

After a morning wander with Sigyn, and a few phone calls I headed to town to organise my travel to Aberdeen for the long awaited injection in my back. While the sciatica has eased off a lot in the past couple of months I am still bothered by pins and needles in my foot and leg and a loss of sensation. My back is sore all of the time to varying degrees. Although it is only a "day procedure" I have to be there at 8am which means flying down the day before, and the consultant wants me to be close to Aberdeen overnight after the injection, so I will be away for two nights.
Back home I sorted out a few things then got out for a windy wander at Wasdale with Sigyn.
After lunch I made my way to Stromness to sort out the horses. It was very windy there, but stayed dry and fairly warm. I spent far too long blethering to L before heading home to await the return of my beautiful wife from her adventures south.
