Cash on delivery is a hilarious farce by Michael Cooney, full of misunderstandings and white lies.

Mikko Laine (Eppu Salminen) has lost his job and since he no longer receives a salary, he needs to get money at any cost. To Mikko's surprise, the social welfare authorities offer all kinds of benefits and it seems to be quite easy to get them. Invented people are paid absurd benefits and the money ends up in Mikko's pockets.

Everything seems to be going great, until one day, Kela inspector Jantunen (Heidi Kiviharju) unexpectedly arrives for an inspection. Mikko, who is trying to get out of the difficult situation, drags his friend Otto Pelli (Janne Kataja) into the soup he has cooked. And before this joyful carousel stops, an undertaker, a sex therapist and many other incredibly funny characters have also been seen stirring up the soup.
