Off on the Ambassador Ambition, leaving Port of Tyne for Norway, first stop tomorrow is Dundee. Today’s blip is South Shields, just as we started our voyage. 

A couple of things to report, when we were driving down this morning I got a call asking me to audition to appear on Lee Mack’s 1% Club. Yup, gotta do a zoom audition later in the month, to see if I am interesting or handsome enough to appear on the show. I’m not going though if my partner in crime, who I applied with isn’t invited too. 

Other thing to report is that satnav is rubbish, as it sent us to the wrong part of the port, which meant going through the Tyne Tunnel numerous times (costing us a fiver in the process). 

Anyway, we eventually got there and are now happily ensconsed on the ship, sitting on the balcony.
