Fika, with a view.

So what is Urkult all about? Well, obviously the music, but being a local festival it is also all about meeting people. Today we met Johan and Kerstin and wandered around for a bit before gravitating to "fika", coffee and cakes, at the stone carving museum, above Nämforsen, where the carving, or engravings, were made several thousand years ago. Thanks to the museum and the work of experts many of them are visible today, down by the falls.
Those falls are just about visible on the right in my extra photo, which is mostly of the view, and some punchy clouds.
A rather gorgeous place to sit and chat with a view like that, looking down the Ångerman River.
(This is a backblip. I also blipped 4th, 5th and 6th August, but this seemed the most exciting of the bunch.)
