I headed over to Blair Atholl this morning for a yoga class in the (rather nice) village hall there. It was the first "official" class that MS (one of the regulars in my usual Wed morning class) since qualifying as a instructor at the weekend. She is giving a block of four this month whilst our regular teacher is on holiday. I really enjoyed it.
Once home, I took part in the Wednesday Cearcall Comhraidh - it was fun, especially since I'd been speaking with three of the other learners and the tutor face to face at Sabhal Mor last week.
Later I headed down for a swim with VP. We swam to the second pine or rather to where the second pine once stood as it too was felled by Storm Floris. My blip isn't the sharpest picture I have taken - treading water makes it harder to focus - but I wanted to capture its loss.
