We were in Marlborough today for dental check ups (all good, still got my own teeth!) and to go to the cinema.

We went to see the film “War Paint “ - a film about women war artists. Having been to the Private View of the Leslie Cole (war artist) exhibition last week, we thought it would be a good experience to see how women paint war.

As one of the trip organisers for the Friends of Museum and Art Swindon, we thought it would make a good trip.

It was really good- it only has a limited release, but will probably come to Sky Arts in the future.
