Dog! Out playing ball in the garden. Ten years ago the garden looked like This! As it’s a corner plot we have no back garden and so we planned the planting to provide screening. We knew nothing about gardening and I am so grateful I found Di! 
In 2021 towards the end of the summer B and I decided the screening was now effective and planned to buy some garden furniture to put at the end, and be able to sit out without being on public view. I just haven’t wanted to do it, and now I am looking for a tree surgeon again because the three alder trees have grown to epic proportions and need to come out! I’ll be looking for screening for the holes they leave behind!

I had a pedicure this morning and as I left the salon a friend messaged to ask if I fancied lunch at the Pilot. She hadn’t seen anyone for three days and had received upsetting letters addressed to her husband which she didn’t understand. She needed company. So, another day without having to cook :)
