All Pegged Out For A Duvet Day
There's not too much to be said about today's image. According to Google the British informal meaning of pegged out is "being too exhausted to carry on with what you've been doing" and a duvet day is "an allowed amount of time, which an employee can take off without having to provide any notice - this is often done in an impromptu fashion and could just as easily be considered a self-care day".
Whilst I am no longer an employee and being too exhausted might be stretching it a bit too far I'd had a whole day of doing chores including washing the duvets - which in our rather ancient washing machine takes well over two hours including a spin dry. So by the point it got to later in my 'self-care' day and I was pegging the duvets out on the line I really could't be arsed to try and get anything remotely imaginative for my blip image so here is a shot of a duvet with one of our attendant fashionably aquamarine clothes pegs.
